• Prepare/analysis all operation related reports
• PO and SO management both in ERP system and excel file
• Follow up Korean regulation application progress and status
• Check weekly order status report to the team in Korea and HK Region Office
• Follow up with Distributor's monthly report
• Shipment update / management with SCM team and communication with Distributors
• Work with Accounting MGR on pricing and share with Distributors
• Coordinate Korean Packaging regulation for the label
• Handle sample delivery
• Petty Cash handling – Report to Finance HK and payment to the staff
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 2 year Sales Admin experience
• Be familiar with the procedure of Trade
• Experience in sales operations and order management as well
• Good English and Korean
• Hands on attitude and Can do attitude
• Like to work under fast pace
• Good communication skills, Open-minded, Team player
• Strong PC skills:
- Excel Spreadsheets is a must
- Word correspondence and Documents
