-.Support the Business Development unit in executing “regional partner” strategies in Korea market.
-. Korea Project will be responsible of planning the resources required to integrate Topas operations with company and the implementation of a migration plan with particular focus on:
1/ Migration of travel agencies from legacy system to system
2/ Analysis of impacted internal systems
3/ Coordination of the development of new applications and interfaces required
-. Have a critical role in the analysis and escalation of risk impacting the project and in the coordination with other project taking place in the Korean market. With proven experience in the management of complex projects.
-. Responsible of maintaining a fluent communication between company and its Business Partners during project implementation.

EDUCATION: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT/MIS or related field, MBA a plus.
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 years proven experience managing complex IT implementation projects. 1-5 years experience in the Korean Travel industry preferably in Airline, CRS or Travel Agency business.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
•Project Management Skills.
•Understanding of Travel Agencies technical set-up and business models.
•Fluent communication in both English and Korean including IT, financial and Industry related terms.
•Experience in the Travel Industry in Korea.
•Excellent presentation & analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative).

PREFERRED PROFILE
•Previous experience in the Korean Travel Industry dealing with implementation of IT projects.
•Ability communicating in technical IT language.
•Written and spoken Korean and English language skills are a must.
