경력 및 자격요건
1.+5 years of stable experience in captive, non-captive and 3rd party collections in consumer or auto finance.
2.Good knowledge about collection issues
3.Need to management experience of Phone collection center or phone collectors
4.University graduated
5.Fluent in English
6.Knowledgeable of company products and services, polices, procedures, collection systems and how to apply this knowledge when communicating with delinquent customers.
7.Ability to work well on a team and focus on results; adaptable and flexible.
8.Excellent in analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
