•Leads the business and technical development of the Practice at both the pre- and post sales levels.
•Engages various business functions into the development of Practices policies, procedures, standards and strategies.
•Monitors practice staff performance and provides coaching, counseling, and motivation to maximize business performance.
•Integrates industry knowledge into practical sales-related tactics, techniques and process to ensure formation of effective sales campaigns.
•Maintains a high level of readiness for solution delivery through developing practice workforce, practice methodology and strategic business partnerships.
•Maintains a sufficient pool of resources and skills at GEO level to meet profitable demand and manages the utilization of these resources across the region.
•Works with Global Service management for effective deployment of practice resources across various clients’ engagements within the region. Escalate critical resource requirement

* IT Consulting 경험 (관리자 경험 우대), Content Management 관련 경험
* 영문 Report 및 Eamil/Conference Call 능숙자
* Good knowledge of software application development and/or package implementation methodologies and processes.
* Strong leadership skills, ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of practice resources.
* Excellent communications and proposal skills, proven track record for consulting sales.
* Strong financial and business analytical capability.
* Strong inter-personal skills, ability to influence others to achieve common goals and objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to drive pre-sales and delivery activities, both tactically and strategically.
