•Monitor and control operational routines in human resources to ensure they are properly processed in line with corporate policies and guidelines
•Ensure qualified resources are recruited as required by operations through appropriate recruiting process and in line with budgeted headcount plans
•Maintain a good and lasting relationship with employee groups and address their grievances
•Ensure HR related legal requirements for the firm and it’s employees are managed effectively, minimizing risk to the firm
•Manage outsourced resources in cooperation with external outsourcing agencies
•Implement reward programs in accordance with designed program details
•Participate in policy discussions and contributes to the development of policy pertaining to the areas of organization development, change management and people development
경력 및 자격요건
•Must have overall HR Experiences for more than 7-8years(specially, performance management and training)
•Global Recuring experiences is a PLUS
•Preferable to those who worked at IT Industry
•Ability to manage sensitive issues professionally
•Fluent communication in English
•Excellent knowledge of sources and services related to Human Resources
