•Approximately 15 to 25 years of relevant experience.
•Minimum of 5 years management experience as a Country Manager or Divisional Sales Leader level in Korea with minimum organization size of 30 people+.
•Minimum of 10 years experience selling software solutions with a track record of overachievement.
•Experience in selling enterprise (server, storage) hardware is highly desirable.
•Strong understanding of the server and storage industry.
•A track record of success in both direct and indirect sales experience.
•Ability to articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products, and secure long-term commitments.
•Established relationships and contacts at executive level in Korea
•Strong contract negotiation skills.
•Ability to develop accurate business plans with revenue and P&L elements.
