-Lead and facilitate country-wide marketing events, along with executive and commercial councils
-Facilitate programs and initiatives for Enterprise Selling and Cross-Selling
- Perform extensive research on business environment of Korea and relevant industries required for identifying new growth drivers
- Develop and lead business development projects in Korea, M&As, JVs and entrance of new businesses into Korea
- Lead operating rhythm and policy-shaping of government-led initiatives
- Develop company’s short and long-term growth strategies
- Support Korea National Executive in his role as country leader

- 10-13years of Marketing & BD experiences in Major Domestic Enterprise or Global Consulting Firm (prefer to Enterprise experience)
- Fluent English in verbal and written, prefer English Native Speaker
- Proven track record of developing and managing large-scale projects
- Strong process, execution and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, energetic, well-organized and able to thrive in an intense environment of rapid change
- Experience working within a “matrixed” organizational structure
