- Handle customer inquiries for products and support Sales Engineer
- Included RFQ’s, customer spec reviews, sales orders and requests for information.
- Issue quotations to customers in line with policies, procedures
- Act as inside sales representative for designated customer accounts, process new sales orders and amendments
- Assist in the achievement of the sales plan and inventory goal
- Put order entry, purchase order into Oracle system
- Performs related duties as assigned

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Korean and English. Knowledge of computer is required
- Self-motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer service
- Advanced understanding of customer service delivery and relationship
- ERP(Oracle) experience is preferable.
- Strong interest and passion in serving customers in a contact center environment
- 영어 능통한자로 천안 외국인 공단 근무 가능자
- 충남,충북 거주자 우대
