• Keep abreast of, understand and ensure compliance with the Korean regulations and Bombardier policies and procedures in relation to 용인경전철 O&M.
• Develop site policies and procedures for the effective management of the 경전철
• Develop and maintain favorable working relation with the client – the Concessionaire and through which with the Yong-In City Government and other government departments, emergency forces, supporting education institutes and other related Client organizations.
• Determination of staff size, structure, training and qualifications requirements for cost effective operation of the O&M services.
• Prepare the annual budget and constantly update the monthly account and Expected Account of Completion (EAC)
• Recruitment, selection and development of competent key managers, supervisors and officers for each team of the site organization.
• Develop and supervise the key managers in their performance to meet business, and operations and maintenance
경력 및 자격요건
• A recognized degree in engineering, business, transport or other disciplines in relation to railroad operation, maintenance and safety.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience covering broad disciplines covering key aspects of railroad operations and maintenance.
• A minimum of 5 years out of the 15 years have been in senior management position in the transportation industry.
• Demonstrable ability and track record to achieve high key performance standards in railway reliability, availability, maintainability and safety.
• Demonstrable leadership in staff management and motivation for high performance standards.
• Satisfactory track record in building and maintaining client relationship and in liaison with government bodies.
• Demonstrable successful experience in the administration and financial management of a business unit.
• Language competence in Korean and English.
• Computer competence in common office application softwares.
• Road vehicle driving license.
