1. Sales Management:
- Monitor and follow-up each brand’s strengths & weaknesses.
- Recommend the opportunities and improvement points for Duty Free and domestic markets.
- Submit a monthly sales analysis report to top management.
- Work closely with the General Management to provide all necessary data.
- Participate to weekly division sales meetings.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct weekly division meetings with Brand managers to understand training and development needs, build more effective communication, and motivate them in the pursuit of the General sales management’s strategic direction and vision.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to increase sales volume and market shares.
2. CRM Management:
- Analyze the customer trend per brand.
- Prepare customer target recommendations for domestic brands in order to increase their sales.
- Give proper direction to CRM and Loyalty program manager and manage her or his execution
