• Assist the Shop Manager in working with planning and analysis
• Train and support store management in planning, scheduling, contracts and any other area where support may be needed
• Ensure that the shop works with the right tools and help sustaining a good level of planning
• Promote profit thinking and awareness of results and key figures (KPI)
• Work proactively with store profit and loss by identifying and cut costs and identifying opportunities of sale
• Have control over the cash and garment flow in the store
• Be on top of incoming bills and store accounting system
• Be owner of salary reporting and scheduling tools
• Interact with other controllers
• Participate and run projects to the benefit of the store
• Perform any other task that the shop may require
