1. Responsible for the direction, coordination and control of all accounting activities
2. Responsible for the company’s financial management, legal and secretarial functions
3. Responsible for the development of internal control policy and its enforcement
4. Coordinate the financial aspects of strategic planning including the preparation and maintenance of long-range financial planning data
5. Review, interpret and recommend to the MD changes in local legislation affecting company finance and tax policies
6. Review regular financial reports of the company and effect appropriate actions to ensure achievement of financial goals
7. Supervise, motivate and provide on-the-job coaching for subordinates

1. 15~20 years experience in multinational company as a Finance Controller or Director
2. Exceptional command of English
