Core Missions:
• Promote LCC Sourcing development in the country
• Coordinate and consolidate sourcing market intelligence, (taxes, investments, capacity developments, competitors sourcing, etc.)
• Identify suitable new LCC suppliers, pre-screen, evaluate competitiveness in the Low Cost Countries/region concerned.
• Identify already active suppliers for one business suitable for other business.
• Propose suppliers for pre-selection and support the businesses for the qualification process.
• Understand business needs and prioritize missions with businesses.


Additional Roles:
• Involve in preparation of country specific sourcing strategy with the Business Units & Sector.
• Coordinate communication between Low Cost Country suppliers, Global Sourcing organization of business, Sector, local Unit Sourcing.
• Support in solving procurement issues with key suppliers in limited cases (procurement remaining a core responsibility of the Unit).

• Masters degree or 5 years Engineering degree or Business school. MBA or Qualification in Supply Chain Management or Sourcing is a plus.

• Fluent English for business/negotiation and technical purpose

• Communication skill (to ‘’sell’’ his country/region)
• Proactive and self motivated
• Technical understanding or fast learner
• International experience and Low Cost Countries background
• Traveling requirement: 50% up to 70%
