- Execute detailed customer-specific Education Services implementation plans for realization team, and end (business) user training and documentation, including providing when required, expert consulting services in content/delivery matters
- Manage expectations and relationships with customers, partners and Account Management
- Plan and manage flexible Education Services components of standard and customized content and delivery options via training centers, onsite, web-based education
- Plan and execute a schedule of customer training applicable to market/customer requirements
- Manage SAP training center and onsite facilities, information and administration services, all technical infrastructures including systems and course materials in all delivery modes
- Plan and deliver solution based competency training and certification to SAP and its Business Partner Consultants and customer business users
경력 및 자격요건
• 8-10 years of professional IT service selling experience.
• Fluent English both in verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of ERP product application/implementation or similar ERP product’s
• Job Skills
Knowledge of IT educational market, Business concept & strategy, Opportunity Assessment. Training proposal preparation, Training needs analysis
