• Supervise Payroll/Benefit Administrators.
• Audit the accuracy of departmental work & data entry.
• Implement procedures to increase the efficiency of the payroll department
• Coordinate Year-End & W-2 processing.
• Coordinate system upgrades & implementations.
• Administer expatriate payroll and related tax/financial issues
• Responsible for creating, reviewing and distributing various payroll reports to support financial projections, audits, compliance issues, financial projections, HR reviews or compliance issues.
• Manage the implementation process for any new employee benefit programs or new payroll tax jurisdictions.
• Explanation of the working rule to local Staff
• Attendance Sheet Check & Input in the salary system
• Communication with the Payroll outsourcing company
• Check Social cost, tax and Salary
• Working Visa Check of Expats
• Coordinating Employee Medical C
경력 및 자격요건
• 5-7 Years Experience in Payroll and Benefits.
• Prior Supervisory Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in Automated time keeping systems.
• Prior Experience in Implementation and Monitoring of Insurance and retirement plan
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Excellent Computer Skills including Excel and Word.
• Experience with Pro-Business or ADP a plus.
