- Setup company quality roadmap and yearly quality target align with business goals.
- QMS maintenance, project quality supports for standard process implementation, process trainings, CS Survey, and certificate or assessment coordination when required.
- Oversea (project) quality supports also needed. Conduct self-assessment based on process models.

- BA in computer or engineering
- 8-10 years of software industry experience
- Working experience as SEPG and/or SQA
- Should have some experience with model-based process establishment, implementation and improvement.
- Should be familiar with software project lifecycle models and their practices.
- Knowledge about ISO9001, ISO15504, CMMI, and other process models.
- Software engineering tool knowledge – ClearCase, issue tracking system, modeling & design tools
- Experience in software inspection process standardization and its implementation
- Good command of business English
- Expert on MS-Office especially Excel
