The Tech Director role directs Applications and RPM resources on all Technology Programs within the BU
- Analyzes and identifies the key yield challenges for the customer
- Directs collaborations to resolve customer's key yield issues
- Advises Divisions on product development for early insertion in the customer's advanced process nodes.
- Manages all technical communications between the Korea office, Product Groups and the customer.
- Creates and drives the strategic technical ramp plan for Korea office.
- Promotes collaborative working between Sales, Applications and service groups to support customer's requirements.

- Management of Applications resources

Technical/Functional core competencies:
Technical:
- Customer technical ramp strategy implementation.
- Customer Technical Review meetings
- Broad yield and metrology experience

- 10 years + demonstrated technology experience throughout the semiconductor process
- Proven Yield Collaboration Program experience
- Minimum technical Degree, BsEE, Bs.Che. or equivalent
