- Take overall responsibility including the leadership and day management
- To supply standard products with customer adaptations on time and with ZERO logistical claims.
- Report to and deputise for the President.
- Manage and develop intercompany agreements with supply factories and technical support departments throughout the company.
- Initiate cost effective and profitable improvements activities to develop the center’s performance.
- Ensure center’s adaptations and engineering drawings conform to applicable standards.

- Korean and English language is a prerequisite.
- Broad knowledge and experience in Technical & Production management roles.
- Computer literate including application experience with CAD, ERP, Office and database software.
- A flexible individual able to work effectively within a matrix organization.
- Good communications skills at all levels.
- Good problem solving methodology.
- The candidate should be a motivated self starter with strong leadership and closing skills.
