1. Process analyzing and developing
- Responsible for ensuring global standards /processes are developed and upheld in participating markets.
- Analyze market process to map current processes versus global and define gaps
2. Project leading and facilitation
-Closely work with the global DWS project team to define and document sales
processes to enable system development
- Responsible for working with Integrated team to implement global strategy
3. DATA analyzing and developing
- As a market data expert, define, refine, cleanse and upload data to support deployment.
4. Training
- Responsible for training the local sales teams on the new processes and hand-held technology

- Minimum 2 yrs working experience in FMCG utilizing automated system
- Minimum 1 year sales experience of field sales or customer marketing
- Experience as a system controller or super-user
- University degree required
- Fluent in English
- MS Office(esp. EXCEL)
