- Plan and optimize goods movement from the time of import until delivery at shop
- Coordinate ( with service provider ) staff planning of allocation and replenishment teams
- Set up DC work routines and goals
- Being in charge of imports, allocation and replenishment of garments and other this company goods, e.g. display and stationery goods
- Quality control of deliveries
- Negotiate local contracts and communicate with service providers, e.g. domestic distribution
- Coordinate with shop managers and Sales Controller to ensure the on time delivery of garments
- Responsible for staff security
- Recruit and evaluate staff
- Budget responsibility
- Monitor building integrity

- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Figure minded
- Logistic experience and knowledge of distribution operation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office software and general distribution IT systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and the understanding of irregular working hours is required
- Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Team player ( understanding of flat organization with very low hirarchie )
