- Import planning and budget control
- Import cargo arriving by sea and air
- Arrange customs clearance in cooperation with customs broker(s)
- Communicate with Production offices to ensure high document quality
- Review contracts and performance of local service providers
- Check freight and service invoices for accuracy
- Arrange re-exports
- Communicate with service providers
- Cargo planning with other departments in DC
- Deal with all import related issues, e.g. trace missing cargo, handle transport insurance cases
- Recruite and evaluate import staff
- Speaking partner for customs audits

- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Figure minded
- Experience in customs clearance of textiles
- Familiar with Chinese Customs rules and regulations
- Good IT knowledge ( Microsoft office )
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and the understanding of irregular working hours is required
- Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Team player ( understanding of flat organization with very low hirarchie )
