Media relations and PR
• Overall responsible for local media relations
• Main local spokesperson, focus on strategical and corporate issues
• In charge of eventual PR agency relations (purchase/contract, manage and evaluate)
• In charge of local media monitoring and analysis (often through subcontractors)
• Responsible for providing key information and communications analysis to local management and HO
• Responsible for communicating externally and internally in communications issues together with HO
• Manage eventual communications trainings of local spokespersons (overall trainings will be done yearly at HO)
• In charge of press activities including local media selections and follow up
• Responsible for actively news like openings, new collections and events connected to the company externally as well as internally in accordance with set messages
• In charge of the local pressroom
• Part of local crisis group
• Act as advisor on local communications issues (i e fashion, corporate, CSR, crisis etc) together with HO

Internal Communiations
• Responsible for internal communications locally:
- Global and local internal communications activities
- Co-ordination and proof-reading of info from Sales Office and Head Office to the stores
- Developing and maintaining a good collaboration with the local HR department on internal information and education activities
- Analysis and evaluation of activities, messages and information needs locally.

• Minimum 8-10 years experience from similar positions and/or within the media and PR agency segment
• Vast knowledge about the local media landscape
• Experience from working with media, both proactively and reactively
• Having a well established network within main fashion and corporate media in the market
• Experience and knowledge in writing, both for internal and external purposes (information texts, press releases, articles, analyses etc)
• Crisis communication knowledge and experience
• Having a great fashion feeling and a sense of what is the right quality level
• Fluent in English, both oral and in writing
• Being an company- person, understanding and liking company culture
• Being a team player
