- experience in retail business
- co-operate in a good way within the unit and in cotact with other functions and externally
- excellent management skills
- good knowledge about burglar, fire protection, access control systems, CCTV, EAS and alarm central.
- good knowledge regarding local criminal law, information security laws and local safety laws
- experience in audits systems
- fluent in English
- perform the security work in a structured way and with a comprehensive view of the security area
- organizational responsibility for the country security department
