- IT site surpporting & operating for Korea branch
- Reporting to Asia Pacific(Hong Kong) Manager
- Budget follow-up to AP and ensure cost control for the IT accounts and cost center
경력 및 자격요건
- Experienced Support for all IT services(Network, ERP, POS, handle errors etc).
- Good & active in Communication
- Good skills in MS Relatives(OS, Office)
- Good knowledge in IT Infra(PC, Print etc) & Active Directory
- Strong language skills in spoken & written Korean and English
- Used to work in process managed services
- Prefered consumer & retail area experience or comparable position (At least 3 years)
- Experience in handling user support for a Citrix environment
