•Review reliability test and failure analysis program and update it if we have any weak points
•Support reliability test and failure analysis service for major customers based on customer requirement
•Review all failure analysis report on the failure mechanism & root cause and decide the final conclusion for all report
•Improve failure analysis capability for leakage / IDD failures in die level and give feedback for process and material team to reduce this failure
•Review the Capex for improving reliability test capacity and analysis capability
•Train Rel / FA eng’r to the newly updated technique and tool
•Update IPC/ JEDEC requirement in Company spec
•Support SCS, SCM & SCS site on the weak point of reliability and analysis and consult as to what should be done and then define the detailed standard flow steps on this
•Coordinate and drive all reliability and failure analysis issue
•Control calibration and Gage R&R for measuring equipment

-.Minimum of 10 years experience in Semiconductor Assembly or technical support as Eng’r of reliability test and
Failure analysis.
-.Good knowledge of Reliability test / analysis tool, process, material, design and quality systems.
