- Implement and maintain processes for all aspects of company's international own program.
- Review tesks submitted by the Management Team to ensure that they are in accordance with practice.
- Book products into the operating system as they are received in a timely manner
- Ensure data and analysis related to the products are in an accessible/searchable manner
- Ensure relevant documents are in place upon confirmation of disclosures to be accepted.
- Responsible for maintaining the operating system’s database records and ensuring data integrity
- Work closely with the other departments to improve and implement the process requirements
- Work with Asian Ops team in the continuous improvement of the work flow systems and reporting
