General:
Manage quality within the project (mainly on Sites), Thus ensure:
• Conformity of the products and services
• Conformity to Quality Control processes
• Consistency with Quality system(s)
• Visibility on project issues and corresponding process issues

QA/QC
• Ensure an efficient implementation of product’s quality/delivery or Inspection on
Products / Installations etc.
• Monitor the quality progress on Site through dashboard report
• Participates in quality audits in Suppliers
• Organise internal and external quality meetings necessary in Site activities.
• Manage the NCR/CAR
• Ensure the real causes of the problems of the Products/Activities on Site

Educational / Certification Requirements
• 4years University graduated
• Majors in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Fluent English is preferable
• Certification of GISA or above in Mechanical Engineering is needed

Experience / Competencies
• 5 to 10 years experiences with at least 3 years for Quality Control activities in Railways Construction
• Quality assurance knowledge (ISO 9001, Implementing Quality Plan, audits)
• Team work in an international cross-function environment
• Ability to manage teams in cross-relationships
• Controller for results with a fact-based
