- To manage the Site Safety, Quality and Co-ordination teams,
- To manage the Signalling, Power Supply, OCS, SCADA, Telecommunication and Platform Screen Doors Sub-system installation teams,
- To ensure the proper communication with the RCSC(Responsible Construction Supervision Cpntractor),
- To ensure the proper co-ordination and co-operation with the JVCC(감리단) for civil works as well as other contractors employed by the AREX(Airport Rail Express),
- To provide the Site activities section of the Monthly Progress Report (MPR),
