- To manage the Site Safety, Quality and Co-ordination teams,
- To manage the Signalling, Power Supply, OCS, SCADA, Telecommunication and Platform Screen Doors Sub-system installation teams,
- To ensure the proper communication with the RCSC(Responsible Construction Supervision Cpntractor),
- To ensure the proper co-ordination and co-operation with the JVCC(감리단) for civil works as well as other contractors employed by the AREX(Airport Rail Express),
- To provide the Site activities section of the Monthly Progress Report (MPR),
- To provide specific reports when deemed necessary about Installation and Heavy Lift issues,
- To implement the Site Procedures, Regulations, Work Rules and Work Hours as required by the Contract and Korean Laws and Regulations,
- To co-ordinate and liaise with local authorities, police, etc …
- To manage the Contract requirements covering structured access to each section or portion of the Site and associated procedure (Possession Take-over

- registered engineer or a person regarded as the equivalent by the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea including the Construction Technology Management Act.
- experienced for E&M civil construction for more than 10 years
- available to communicate in English
