1. Be responsible in promoting products & services to meet and exceed sales plan as budgeted
2. Maintain close contact/communication with Sales manager to implement local strategies
3. Formulate market and strategic plans and implement all business and sales activities to achieve targets
4. Conduct market studies and identify opportunities for new business development
5. Maintain and develop good relationship and contacts with distributors and clients
6. Organize at least one or two technical seminars per year and arrange educational program for doctors via domestic/overseas academic opportunities
7. Provide the proposal to Business Director including valuable information on customer profile, creditability, reputation in market, and relationship with their suppliers/customers
