1. Prepare, track and review Services Line Of Business P&L
2. Prepare, ensure accuracy of and analyze monthly Services Line Of Business P&L
3. Implement & operate project accounting
4. Prepare monthly project costing and ensure revenue and cost matching principle are properly adopted
5. Highlight to Service Line Of Business on projects that over-run the budget and ensure actions are taken to cover the extra costs
6. Ensure compliance to revenue recognition policy includes projects, maintenance contract, extended warranty etc.
7. Prepare monthly deferred revenue schedule
8. Analyze Serivces Line Of Business processes and organizational structure and identify efficiency gains
9. Improve and develop tools to support the Services Line Of Business processes and supply chain
10. Ensure spares purchase are properly declared and value in invoice agreed with transfer price agreement. Co-ordinate with intercompany sellers to resolve any discrepancies and ensure statutory compliance
11. Improve and develop tools for spares management including swap stock and drive cost saving
12. Drive profit improvement initiatives
13. Support integration of Services Line Of Business and identify efficiency gains
14. Act as a change agent in all activities related to integration, process improvement & re-engineering and profit improvement initiatives
15. Make use of the system as much as possible to retrieve useful information for management decisions
16. Work on implementing time sheet record to better track project costs, warranty costs, DOA, etc.
17. Educate Service Line Of Business on the Service financials and how their actions could have an impact on compliance with statutory and group policy and ensure that proper actions are taken to be compliant
18. Perform adhoc analystics based on requirements by key stakeholders(i. e. Services Line Of Business management, Finance Controller)
경력 및 자격요건
1. Major : Finance and Accounting or equivalent
2. 3~5years experience in a similar role
3. Strong written and oral communication skills in English
4. Strong Excel skills
5. Strong analytical and organization skills
6. Duzon software and Oracle experience are plus
7. Must have inventory management experience
8. Self-starter
9. Results-oriented
10. Possess hands-on attitude and strong desire to make an impact
