Proactively lead and monitor company-wide cost savings mandate demonstrating an exemplary leadership
Operate and control the company-wide real-estates service including HQ and branch offices
Co-operate with global real-estates team to implement the global strategy
경력 및 자격요건
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing centralized
procurement & real estates or activities requiring similar experience and
background
1. High degree of integrity, professionalism, adaptability, and strong customer service
2. Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem solving, financial analysis, project management, negotiation/issue resolution, and leadership skills
3. Experience in managing staff effectively/efficiently and the ability to multi-task
4. Extensive experience with financial systems that support the procurement function
5. Strong skill set with Excel, Access, and other software tools
6. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues and demonstrate initiative, mature judgment, customer service orientation
and ability to anticipate needs of the organization
7. Experience in process implementation and required internal controls
8. Excellent English communication skill (Verbal and Written)
