1. Mission
-Establish oncology clinical trial project protocol based on TMM(Team Member Medicine)'s clinical synopsis
-Manage and monitor clinical trial process and communicate with related employees(e. g. CRA, Medical affairs) and publish clinical trial result report with TMM

2. Scope of responsibilty and report line
-Report to Local Medical Director
-Report to TMM for trial-related issues
-Report to Therapeutic Area Head, if applicable
-Involve in the oncology development plan and strategy meeting

3. Range of communication(Relative department of function)
-Medical department(MD, Clinical research team, Regulatory), Marketing department(Internal)
-Korean Key oncologist, KFDA(External)

1. At least 8years in CRA(Oncolgy preferred) or 2~3years as Physician
2. High level of spoken and written English communication
3. Project management
