To provide training and advice on the company's desktop products (responsible for the
overall end user satisfaction with the company in the allocated accounts.)
Responsibilities will include to:
-Deliver high level end user focused training to experts in the premium and mid tier product range
-Build & own the relationship to key stakeholders in the financial marketplace in their sector of expertise and act as their competent partner.
-Increase usage of analytical and background content in 3000Xtra.
-Design and deliver workshops for customers focusing on financial market topics, which are of current interest in the market place
-Be available for other trainers who need specialist training support for their users
-Analyse client's current usage of the company's products and suggest "best practices"
-Initiate and organise events at client sites
-Co-operate closely with other departments (e.g. Support, Sales Specialists, DDG) to enable a “joined-up” service experience and the right level of contact for each end user.
-Pro-actively designs, implements and runs market campaigns in conjunction with the assigned the company's Training teams
-Use CRM as an activity planning tool and captures all client related activities in a timely and accurate manner
-Run internal market analysis workshops and trainings for colleagues
-Run the company's Academy classes for customers
-Provide feedback to the account team on clients’ use of products, future service needs, internal relationship issues/conflicts and competitive situations.
-Consolidates customer feedback regarding product enhancements and passes it on to the segment organisation.
-Always b well informed about financial markets developments
-Actively keep specialised knowledge up-to-date.
-Co-operate on an international basis to share knowledge and best working practices.
