담당업무
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, build and develop a high quality Services team to support the Trade and Risk Management Business in Korea
• Ownership of the success and profitability of all Implementation Projects in Korea
• Planning and scheduling of staff
• Belief and active implementation of “best practice” services and methods
• Ability to manage, develop and work with third parties and sub-contractors
• Act as Project Director for key client projects in the region.
• Ability to assess, manage and actively mitigate project and business risk.
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction
• Be accountable for Customer Support KPIs
• Achieve revenue targets through successful implementations
• Ability to work co-operatively with Sales and the Business Solutions Group within the Bid Management Process
• Ownership of:
- Pre-sales project estimates and costs
- document templates for statements of work, projects reporting etc
- processes for forecasting resource requirements
- processes for project governance, project review and project closure

• Good understanding of the banking and financial markets.
• Strong ability to manage customer expectations combined with project management skills/experience
• Good understanding of the consulting sales process.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. (Korean and English)
• Able and willing to travel
