1. Leading of a production team by co-working in the production to meet the needs of the customers and maximize efficiency
2. Participate in trouble shooting to solve production problems
3. Support the production manager in the management of LC mixture production
4. Training and supporting team members

1. Master course preferred/Chemistry, Chemical engineering
2. Organic chemical material treatment synthesis and pilot plant/Fine chemical company
3. Basic knowledge of kinds of instrumental analysis in physics and chemistry
4. Experience in Warehouse managing software
5. Experience in ISO and TQM system in useful
6. Very positive thinking and good relationship
7. English language is essential
8. Practice in the use of Windows based software eg. Excel, Access, Word
