- Management of the country operations
- Work with the Country Head to establish strategy, tactics, and in settin g goals and budgets
- Work flow processes and stragegies and to regularly review and refine the country's policies and processes to optimize operations impact on the country cost structure and profitability.

- MBA preferred
- Proven track record in starting and managing a start up company or setting/ running a business division. Must have built an organization, team, and internal processes and operations from start up at least once
- At least 7 or more years progressive leadership experinece as a business or operation manager, preferably with P&L responsibility, has experience hiring and managing a diverse group (Skills & Culture) of employees. Must have proven management skills in dealing with difficult and stressful situations where impartial, fair judgment is deployed.
- Ability to manage change and culture issues in a dynamic and unstructured environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal and network skills
- Strong initiative and sencse of responsibility
- Proficiency in communicating, both oral and written English
- Strong financial analysis skills
