Responsible for providing day to day leadership to the general function. In particular, the person will lead the monthly closing, financial and statutory reporting, and consolidation of group accounts that support the business needs and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general accounting and financial reporting in line with US/KR general accepted accounting principles and related laws and regulations
• Ensure accuracy and timely monthly closing, financial and statutory reporting.
• Keep a clean and current balance sheet through daily review and clean up of long term open items
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls within each cycle of our business, including revenue, purchasing, financial reporting, etc.
• Establish and maintain Standard operating procedures/processes within the controller/Finance Department and ensure continuous efficiency improvement
• Coordinate with company’s auditor on annual statutory audit and tax audit
• Ensure efficient payment process to vendors
