§ Maintain client site system performance through close and ongoing client liaison
§ Conduct regular meetings and contact with clients to review service quality, service issues, satisfaction with technical services
§ Monitor on-going performance and reliability of product components on customer site
§ Act as local escalation point and coordinator for technical issues and problems resolutions including keeping clients informed of progress and remedial actions being taken
§ Provide client the single technical interface into the company
§ Promote service levels and responsibilities within its systems and ensure that support obligations are delivered.
§ Work with account team and other 1st level support teams to deliver a seamless support experience
§ Identify new technical sales opportunities and working with Account Management to develop these leads into sales
§ Support pre- and post sales support
§ Coordinate all technical change activity for client sites including installation, upgrades, support and assessing the impact of any technical sales activity
§ Provide project planning and coordination for client site infrastructure design and installation of new products.
§ Coordinate 1st level support activities
§ Provide technical advice and expertise to assist clients in making technical infrastructure decisions
§ Regularly meet with customers to review and recommend infrastructure requirements, systems capacity and upgrades, enhancements or technology replacements.
§ Keep clients updated on the company's technologies and product roadmaps
§ Provide and ensure that updates to client system, software and network configuration records are accurate and kept up to date
§ Provide cost estimates of technical activities for quotation purposes
§ Where proximity to 2nd level support groups do not exist, will provide technical assistance to outsource vendor in problem resolution
경력 및 자격요건
Qualification
1. IT Background, more than 5 years minimum with positive & open minded.
2. . Unix/Solaris & Linux & Window Server skills will be mandatory and
network management skills are preferred.
3. Projects management expericence.
4. Clients IT service experience.
5. Mid to Strong users of MS applications.
6. English capability.
