Technical Writing role (70%)
- Create and revise technical presentation/document for new customer whenever needed.
- Manage all technical documents in company as main responsible.
- Update release document whenever new service pack is released.
- Create and update SoC and company compliance sheet whenever needed.
CS Role (30%)
- Coordinate, report and assure follow up on all local support activities
- Manage the communication towards customers and internally at all levels
- Set day to day priorities based on customer input and needs and coordinates with the department related to product.
- Establish ‘one interface’ to the customers
- Advice technical issues and consult the products information
- Field quality support for warranty issues
경력 및 자격요건
- Be able to do business English writing (most important!)
- Understand web/wap standards specification
- Have knowledge for mobile browser
