•Compensation and Benefit management
-Work with North Asia HR Leader and the Korea Zone leader to maintain a market competitive pay structure with internal equity. It also includes offer letter negotiation/finalization, mid-year and annual compensation review recommendations and facilitation etc.
-Manage C&B payment monthly, including IIT tax filing matters
-Monitor, negotiate, and manage the performance of outsource vendors to assure quality and continuous improvement
-Resolve issues when needed.
•Recruitment responsibility
-Manages the recruiting processes including sourcing, screen interviewing and supporting the final selection for all business lines and functions according to the company hiring policy.
-Develop Recruitment Channel
-Manage international transfer/ internal transfer matters.
•HR policies and procedures
-Work with North Asia HR leader when requested to review, revise and implement relevant HR policies and systems to support the organizational and business goals of company.
-Facilitate to resolve HR issues with office leadership/business management.
-Interpret company policy and legislation applying to internal situations.
-Address employee relations and legal issues when necessary.
•Social Activities
-Lead the Social Committee to organize company’s events
경력 및 자격요건
•BA in Human Resources or related field. Master degree is a plus.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior HR Generalist officer role
•Experience on working/communicating with department leaders is required.
•Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills in English and Korean, and good command of English writing skill.
•Enthusiastic in working with people with good personality
•Able to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple tasks effectively
•Result-oriented and hardworking.
•Experience with HRIS systems. Experience in PeopleSoft is a plus
