Key Task :
- Assist and support CEO's managerial relationship and overall business decision making process.
- Assist and facilitate in devising mid & long term local business strategy.
- Monitor and report to CEO regarding the progress of carious projects and reporting requirement.
- Prepare and present relevant reports.
- Coordinate with local senior management, region, HQ offices regarding corporate planning.
- Provide and share necessary and relevant information to product division managers for efficient communication among management and CEO.
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties for CEO such as scheduling, coordination and organizing business, on occasion speaking on his behalf via written and verbal communication, collecting information, arranging meeting, screening calls and mail, organizing CEO's local and overseas business trip, maintaining files and confidential data, etc.
경력 및 자격요건
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration or related major. MBA in abroad is preferred.
- Over 3 years work experience in business planning, especially in multi national company.
- hands-on experience and ability of utilizing office tools such as MS office.
- Excellence communication skill in verbal and written in English. Professional business writing is preferred.
