To listen, discuss, advise and negotiate with customers and prospects over the telephone, aiming to meet and exceed Financial customer expectation.
- Vendor management – handling notarization
- Verify notary fee on all migrated accounts
- Escalate issues which needs senior’s attention
- Support Acceptance manager in various projects
- Prepare Settlement report on a timely basis
- Complete wholesale offset when loan is disbursed
- Verify stamp fee on all migrated accounts
- Settled Credit life insurance fee on a timely basis/complaint mgt.
- Check Fleet and Demo lease document and disburse the loan
- Improvement settlement system
- Notice announce about settlement to external employee
- Preparing commission to dealer
- Conduct month-end closing with finance department
- Handling dealer complaints and requests
- Communication with dealers
경력 및 자격요건
- 4~6years of experience in the related job
- More than 3 years of automotive & Financial Service industry
- Good understanding of Financial & Customer Service knowledge
- Good command of English
- BA degree in business management is preferred
