The Operations Centre Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising control Centre personnel; advising the Control Centre Manager, and other offices of Yong-In LRT concerning rail operations, practices, procedures, policies and strategies. The Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently and in conformance with the existing rules and procedures as they pertain to the Control Centre. The Supervisor has latitude for independent judgement and action within established guidelines.
- Directing and supvising Control Centre Operators on transit system operations.
- Advising the Control Centre Manager, and other offices of Yong-In LRT concerning rail operations practices, procedures, policies and strategies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to ensure that operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently and in conformance with the existing rules and procedures.
- Conduct best independent judgement and actions within established guideline during normal / special operations and incident and emergency handling.
- Manage and develop the job performance of the Control Centre Operators.
경력 및 자격요건
- Rail 혹은 통신 분야에서 관제실 운영 경험자 -(10년 이상)
- 통신 system 를 잘 파악하시는 분
- 영어 가능자
- 경기도 용인 근무자
