Progress, analyze, and report on schedule-related functions for a project team on a large and light rapid mass transit project South Korea. Performs department organizational and administrative activities as directed:

- Assist with the liaison with other project resources to manage a cost and time-effective intergrated project schdule.-Support project sub-groups in developing/maintaining their required detailed contract schedules.

- Attend sub-contract / supplier Weekly Progress Meetings and assist Project Planner in the determination of progress and performance.-Anayze project performance by analyzing deviations and develop recovery plans as required to resolve critical project issues in conjunction with funtional departments to mitigate adverse affects on contract schedule and financial performance.

- Prepare and issue project-critical item lists based on project critical and longest path analysis.-Ensure project meets committed schedule contract dates by providing timely and accurate analysis and forecasting of project schedules.

- Support in schedule negotiations with the partners when required, as well as recommending potential risks/opportunities to Project Planner when relevant.

- Update schedule progress of activities from other departments on site in Korea.- Motivate and influence others to adhere to the project schedule.
