The Commercial Manager is responsible to administer all commercial aspects of the project between the EPC Consortium Members as well as between the PMC and the SPC and other relevant organisations. He is also responsible to ensure that the Bombardier internal procedures and financial reporting criteria is undertaken.

- To undertake the review and provide relevant project management responses to incoming and outgoing correspodance between the relevant contracting organisations and provide stratergy plans for handling complex project issues

- To participate in regular project meetings both internally and externally. For external meeting minutes ensure correct meeting minutes are produced and circulated

- To adminsiter the change management function in terms of ensuring that external changes are administered in accordance with the contracts and to prepare relevant supporting submissions

- To facilitate and prepare the production of the Project Management Contracts monthly report to meet the contractural requirements and consolidate the E&M partners report into a combined E&M report
