Responsible for leading all contract administration matters for the project covering primarily the E&M Contracts while giving assistance and support with the all Contract, Consortium Agreement and Subcontract Agreements. Deputizes for the Commercial Manager when requested.
- Provide commercial/contractual advice to the procurement department relating to issues resulting in internal subcontracts between client and its external vendors.
- Undertake responsibility for the administration of the E&M Contract which will include the preparation of formal letters, attendance and recording of relevant minutes of meetings, provide weekly report of outstanding commercial issue and action plans for resolution, preparation of Variation submission to the Client including the consolidation of information from the partners, Prepare E&M Monthly reports, provide assistance to the Commercial Manager in drafting of periodic reports to senior Management and/or Consortium Management, and contractual review of all incoming and outgoing communications with the owner, partners and subcontractors.
- Handle the response to correspondence as required for the E&M Scope of Works and ensure that all correspondence from the partners is answered in a proper and timely manner.
- Maintain the project open items log, manage documents/record in readiness for potential claim management.
