- Be responsible for managing all processes involved in Supply Chain including coordination of order/shipment processing with vendors for in-time shipment.
- Monitoring proper level of inventory with quality and accuracy and its distribution with cost saving as well.
- Coordinate and control order cycle to maintain stock level and control shipment times to save freight cost to meet company required performance levels.
- Develop effective relationships with end-customers, suppliers, internal and external sales and non-sales department staff.
- Ensure full compliance with all state and local regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with the sales department in connection with billing, credit/collateral issues, warehousing and distribution to customers.
- Process orders/shipment processing thru ERP system.
- Maintain & update an efficient filing system(products, customer & suppliers)
- Generate various reports on order/shipment numbers, backlog, inventory…etc..
경력 및 자격요건
- BA or MS Degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing & logistics
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English/Korean
