· Responsible for insuring the delivery of all going projects on daily basis
· Develop strategy and communication brief for each campaign with planners
· Ensure campaigns adhere to approved strategy throughout development
· Carry out competitive intelligence: quarterly reviews, analysis done with the support of the planner and the business director.
· Prepare for/participate in the GTM meeting with the analytics and media teams.
· Financial responsibility: Preparing, meeting and exceeding monthly income forecasts and managing specific client finances
. Long-term overview and planning of Account finances.
· Identifying future business opportunities and generating creative and strategic ideas and subsequent proposals.
· Responsibility for quality checking of projects, ensuring that the highest possible standards are met.
· Building strong and effective relationships with senior decision making clients.
· Supporting all team members and overseeing work of junior team members.
· The Account Director is supported by a Business Director
· Line management responsibility for team members, conducting appraisals and mentoring and coaching as appropriate.
· Planning the work of the team, delegating and problem solving where necessary, ensuring that all team deadlines are met.
· Full awareness of Account strengths and weaknesses both on a structural and individual level
. Uses this to maximise expertise and creativity.
· Uphold & ensure compliance to company guidelines, such as timely completion of performance reviews and time sheets, and accurate revenue forecasts
· Help to create standards (documentation/strategies/process) that become RMG best practices
· Make sure that reporting and operation procedures of account management are efficient and evolving to address changing client and management needs (e.g., contact reporting, status and revenue reports, etc.).
· Ownership of Scope of Work writing, budget and schedule planning , change management, resource planning, and overall execution monitoring

. Retail, Airline, Telecommunication, Insurance, on-line / E-commerce 분야에서의
마케팅 경험자 우대
