•Work with customers as a key and influential member in the customer business planning team to ensure a continuous delivery of outcomes through ERP solution and delivery team
•Gather account information and understand company strategy of assigned accounts
•Develop and drive account strategy
•Consolidate and regularly update account plans
•Analyze and leverage executive and partner influence within the customer’s organization
•Define and plan responsibilities and targets in relationship with the customer and establish trusted advisory relationships with executives across all areas in each account
•Build up and lead account teams
•Monitor Customer Engagement activities of the assigned accounts and review account management practices
•Maintain an accurate and timely pipeline of opportunities
경력 및 자격요건
•8-10 years in the software industry, minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with specifically related software products
•Working at the regional/sub regional is a plus.
•Has sold direct & indirect via partners.
•Effective competitor in both large and small deals
•Strong negotiation skills
•Sufficient territory planning ability to identify & prioritize opportunities
