- Participate in the development and implementation of IT standards/solutions, and business systems (application and infrastructure).
- Schedule and/or oversee user training, business system acceptance testing, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.
- Keep developing effective e-marketing tools and systems
- Develops and maintains schedules for efficient operation and timely output of data.
- Gather, document, and resolve/escalate requirements from user analyzing business requirement and designing application system and support issues for it.
- Installs new and upgrades of software systems, or otherwise arrange for such installations with external consultants.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal/external MK staff members, vendors, and business partners (local, regional, and US based).
- Consults with management, administrative and technical staff to determine information needs, data flows and system definitions.
- Coordinates and cooperates with Regional and Corporate IST teams for the projects.
경력 및 자격요건
- Above Bachelor Degree in information technology science supported by strong practical experience.
- 7 years experience in IT field with 1 years in a team leader.
- Knowledge of IT technology (eBusiness functionality, RDMS, ASP, .Net Technology, Microsoft BackOffice and LAN/WAN technologies)
- Experience with Vendor/Customer relationships.
- Effective communication skills in both Korean and English
